This is a very short tutorial but I find it very helpful. Because I don’t like to have too many apps open in the background. They run in the background anyway so you don’t have to have them “open”. So in this tutorial, I will show you how to close all your apps at once with Tasker.
For this tutorial, you will need Tasker, Autovoice and Autoinput. You can also just skip the tutorial and download the profile at the end of the post. But we would strongly advise reading through the tutorial anyway.
State => AutoVoice Recognized =>The Hard Way =>Event Behaviour: tick box => Command Filter: close all apps => Use Regex: tick box
- A1: AutoInput Global Action [ Configuration:Action: Recent Apps Timeout (Seconds):20 ]
- A2: Wait [ MS:0 Seconds:2 Minutes:0 Hours:0 Days:0 ]
- A3: AutoInput Action [ Configuration:Type: Text Value: close all Action : Click Timeout (Seconds):20 ]
Let us know if this worked out for you or drop a comment below and we will find the solution together.
TIP: If this doesn’t work, add a “Wait” task of 1 or 2 seconds. Not every smartphone is as fast. Then it will work for sure.
